Don’t purchase online

First and last time ordering from Bash. Ordered early Tuesday and my parcel was already scanned into the Johannesburg delivery hub Wednesday afternoon. Bash says delivery is due Thursday, yet by Thursday afternoon there is still no useful update. Their “live tracking” is just scan history, the chatbot sends you in circles, there’s no courier information, no delivery window and seemingly no way to speak to someone who can actually locate your parcel. For such a large company, the delivery support is shockingly poor. I needed these products before Friday and ordering online has caused more inconvenience than simply buying them in-store.
