DONT ORDER FROM BASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED

I would not recommend buying from BASH online, part of The Foschini Group. At first they started off well, but now the service is atrocious! My most recent order from 26th December arrived piece-meal, with even a pair of socks being delivered separately. I'm still waiting on the first item dispatched on my order list, as the Couriers allegedly & suddenly can't find my address. Yet the other items were delivered to my same address. Whilst in hospital I've had to follow up, provide my address again numerous times, give alternative contact numbers numerous times, and even sent screenshots of Google maps to provide images of my residence, the street it's in, the colour of the roof etc. to basically hold their hands in guiding them to my address they've delivered to before. Then they have the nerve to mail advising they cannot accommodate changes to addresses, yet there is no change to the delivery address; and if I don't provide all the information to them that they already have 4 x now, they will cancel my order! To add insult to injury, the items that were received were too small for my son, who went into Exact in Table Bay Mall and was treated like a ********, and in the most rude, arrogant, obnoxious manner by ZINTLE the Store Manager when he went in to exchange the items for larger sizes. Clicking her tongue at him, giving him dirty looks, fobbing him off and refusing to assist him...why? Because it was new years eve and she wanted to clock out!!! She should be FIRED! The Assistant Manageress Mtombi was contacted, and she was lovely to deal with & ended up assisting my son who had to go back to her after leaving the shop without any help from a very useless Zintle. TFG, you need to dismiss that Zintle who is not fit to manage the store or deal with customers. Put Mtombi in charge and your store will be better run, by someone who understands customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BASH OR TFG AGAIN!!!
