Don't ever buy online on Bash if you don't want to lose your money or to be mislead and deal with *********** employees of support. Lauren and Rehana, you have ruined my weekend.

I bought sneaker online cash and wrong ones were delivered. I read online their return policy and decided to return it at Spotscene Bellville. They said i must call Bash first as they don't have the item in store. Lauren said refund cannot be done at the store and she will log a return online. Bash Support consultant Rehana sent me from pillar to post and they don't want to refund me . I decided to call and she apparently cannot take calls and the lady that answered said I can return it at any store. Mind you I have already wasted my money to go to town the previous day and now they want to waste another return fare . I am about to lose my Bus ticket money as I need them ASAP. To date no feedback was received.
