DONT BUY FROM BASH

I purchased a Garmin Fenix 8 from BASH online store for R23,399. When the package arrived, the seal on the Garmin box was already broken and the watch itself was missing. I immediately reported this to their support team, but their response was very disappointing. They insisted that the order was sent correctly, despite clear evidence that the product was not in the box upon delivery.

This experience has been both frustrating and concerning — not only because of the significant amount of money involved, but also because of the lack of accountability from their side. At this stage, I still do not have the watch I paid for, and their customer support has not provided a proper solution.

Buying high-value items online requires trust, and unfortunately, my trust in BASH has been broken. I would caution others to think twice before purchasing from them, especially for expensive products
