Do not order with Bash terrible service

I ordered my items on Black Friday, the driver attempted to pick up 4 times and all the time the order was not ready! My order was cancelled. I gave them a second chance and ordered on the 3rd of December, today os the 16th and my order is still with the courier Bash customer care is trying to investigate as to what happened to my order!
