DO NOT ORDER ON BASH , MISSING ITEMS

I ordered online on Bash 4 ietms where one item was missing and i have logged a query with bash where they told me they are investigating the query and they came back refusing to refund me or either giving me the item that was missing , these people are ****** and they ***** our items when we have paid. i was dealing with Craig form the bash support team who did not even bother to do the through checks and i have sent proof of everything that i have received, Bash is not even taking accountability of their mistake and whoever delivered the order. i want my money .....................
