DO NOT ORDER FROM BASH - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a girls wide leg denim jeans from Bash online store on the 27th of September, order B***-01. On the 02nd of October they delivered an incorrect item, instead of a denim jeans they delivered a denim jacket size 7-8. I logged a return immediately, the item was collected from me on the 03rd of October by Fedex @ 16:00pm. I have been waiting for my refund since then, they told me that it would take 1-10 working days to reflect in my account, it has been over 10 days and still no refund. I sent an email enquiring about my refund and no response. This is the worst service, DO NOT order from Bash, their customer service is shocking.
