Disgusting service!!

Horrible horrible experience. They ordered the wrong item and then when I asked for an exchange they told me they don’t have an exchange policy!!! As if I am asking for an exchange on my own. I now have to go to foschini s**** to exchange my product! Highly inconvenient!
