Disgusting Customer Service

I purchased furniture from BASH online and I was given an option to collect the item from their collections centre in Midrand. Bash sent me an email giving me options to schedule a specific time to collect my parcel. I then opted for the 16/12/2025 at 10:00am. BASH has been sending me reminders via email and SMS to ensure that I do not forget to collect my order. Guess what... I arrived on the 16/12/2025 to collect and I was told that they are closed and are not operating because it's a public holiday. I drove 40kms to collect my item and they were closed. To say I am disappointed is an understatement!!! I am soooo annoyed!!!
