Disappointment

I am very disappointed with Bash delivery. They sent an sms that they would deliver my package before a certain time frame and the driver came way later with no attempt to call. The driver drove away and the next day the same thing happened. I'm still waiting for my package. This is unacceptable and will never buy online ever again at BASH
