Disappointing service

If I could rate you 0 stars I would. I placed an order yesterday and this morning I received an email stating 2 of my items was canceled and that a refund will be processed. Why was the order accepted to begin with.

This is not the 1st time I have received this type of disappointment from BASH. I am a regular customer but experiences like this puts a customer off. When I called to ask why was the order accepted the representative advised he is not sure and apologized. An apology does not fix my issue. what am I supposed to do with the remaining item when its supposed to be a set.
