Disappointed

I ordered a TS backpack advertised ar R99 on the 9 December as I thought this is a good pre black Friday deal only to be disappointed as the bag is not being delivered as to me it seems that it was advertised with an incorrect price as I checked the stores stock and a few stores actually have this bags in stock like when I check now it's the normal price of R279 why can't they just admit it was an incorrect price and honour the customer as the price you see is the price you pay as I myself work in the customer service industry. When tracking my order all it says is failed to deliver to the courier that I cannot understand as usually I dont have any issues or problems with the delivery of online goods as I was surprised by the quick and efficient service recieved up until now as I'm utterly disappointed
