Disappointed

Poor of the poorest app I've come across ,imagine 4/June 2024 doing online purchase .Its my son's matric farewell next week Tuesday on 11June2024 so heavy rains and cold for shopping in Gqeberha decided to look and buy online since i trust Foschini group so i tried the app "Bash" ,i check out and selected payment via EFT capitec money was deducted and app pop up and putted my pin ;did not worry about screenshot the order number since I'm aware that I will receive email confirmation of my order as per usual when doing online shopping, boom nothing.Until I do a follow up today as 5/06/24 and on the app shows no history of my orders I paid R 2809 .I am so disappointed .When I spoke with Shereen online chat agent she said no history of purchased on my number nor my email address. I'm super stressed now cause I used my last penny and they will investigate i send proof of payment as per my bank statement rep**** on email she send she's the 2nd agent I spoke with i waiting more than hour from 1st one Ashton the name of the person I initially spoke with ,so it's my 1st time to buy online on Bash and my worst experience please can someone reply and assist me further so that I can have time to buy for my son matric farwell clothes I need the clothes or my money refund.Thank you
