Disappointed

Very disappointed and frustrated. Recieved my order in 2 batches. The other one had 1 item instead of two. I logged a quirky about it only for them to tell me your parcel was shipped correctly. My question is the parcel was sealed yet it was incomplete how Did it vanish. This is day light *******. We work hard for that cash that you can carelessly mess with people's orders.
