Bash cancelled my order and refuses to resolve the delivery issue

Bash cancelled my order after what they claim were three delivery attempts, yet the tracking on my side shows only ONE failed attempt.

That attempt happened after I had already left work for the day. They also claim my delivery address was incorrect, despite the address being correct. Nobody called either of the contact numbers I provided to arrange delivery or clarify the address.

Bash's stated policy allows three delivery attempts, but the information available to me does not support their claim that all three happened. When I contacted support, they refused to take action to resolve the problem.

I am extremely frustrated by the cancellation, the conflicting explanations, and the lack of assistance. I expect Bash to provide proof of all three alleged attempts, explain why neither contact number was called, and arrange a proper resolution so I can receive my parcel.
