Delivery disaster and useless support team

This was my 1st experience with BASH and it was DISGRACEFUL! Bash listed the delivery address to RAM without a Unit number or Building number in a complex. How RAM even accepted this package for delivery without complete information and instructions is beyond me! RAM was just as disgraceful with their service in this regard.

I then immediately called the support team at BASH after I received a unsuccessful delivery attempt email and spoke to Zaakirah Arend. She was so lazy, she didn't even bother to tell me she'd contact RAM and find out what the issue was and correct it. My cell number was not even listed as an alternative contact number should the recipient be unreachable. The package didn't reach the recipient in time for their birthday present.

I had to do ALL THE WORK with RAM to ensure the complex address was corrected and listed as I did on the BASH app.

Useless support team! Extremely dissapointed!
