Defective goods. ************* online shopping

Good day. I would like to express my deepest disappointment when ordering online with bash. Ever since TFG moved to Bash I've always had issues when ordering online. I ordered a pants and top as an outfit for someone. The pants was delivered today defective . What baffles me is me is that when the item is accepted by a store and they pack it surely they see it is damaged. So it means they deliberately do this which then forced us to go into a store and return and check the quality of items purchased. This defeats the purpose of ordering online. It is extremely frustrating to constantly have to go back into store. So this means we can not trust online shopping with bash anymore. I request the store where the good originated from i.e Foshini - the fix Golden acre Cape Town be brought into account for this .
