Damaged product and very poor quality

I recently order an item on bash and when i recieved the item was damaged as if it was returned by someone else and then given to me, i obviously logged a complaint and we reached the conclusion that i would need to log a return and reorder and i did just. However this time i ordered two more items and again today i received my order and the initial item that i had and issue with was fine but the other item was damaged as if someone used it and returned it, then it was give to me. I am really disappoint by this type of quality i am receiving from Bash at this point buy there at your own risk.
