Absolutely pathetic service. I replaced a lost TFG money card, and now Bash "customer service" tells me I am not allowed to purchase using this card for 3 months. Why? Never mind the fact that yesterday I was told a completely different story by a bash agent, who did not do their job as promised to de-link the old account and link the new TFG money card. Completely *********** company, stay away.
