Customer Dissatisfaction

I made an order online worth R1928.85 on the 24th of April 2025 purchasing a trench coat and 3 track pants and BASH only delivered the trench coat and not the 3 track pants. When I contact BASH regarding this they keep telling me that my items were delivered and now they telling me that I have to wait for the courier driver to locate the items purchased and return them to their warehouse before i get my refund. I'm highly disappointed in the service I got from BASH. They are a company that should not be trusted. They don't care about their customers and only care about themselves. I did not receive my delivery and they refuse to refund me.
