Courier Company

Good day

I don't want to drag Bash in this, but I'm not sure who the courier company is as the customer agent Tarryn is wonderful & very helpful.

I've ordered on Bash online and there is a few items that didn't fit, because no one is at my home address during the day I've put in my work address. On Tuesday night after doing the online returns menu I got a sms that i will be contacted in 24 hours, so on Wednesday & didn't had the package for collection with me & I informed the agent. But I did brought it with me today ( Thursday ) but pass 4 I decided to go onto the BASH app to just log that no one was here to collect the package, when the lady Nicole who also was very helpful send a screenshot which said the courier could not get hold of me, but no one contact me or was at our premises for the security guard would've informed me. so Tarryn did say the courier will come again tomorrow ( Friday ) but I am afraid that they will say again they could not reach me and on a Friday I only work till 14:30 ( but I will make arrangements ) but I need to be sure that the courier will come.

But Bash is great it is just the courier company that don't add to your standards.
