Overcharge me with charges on the 11 December 2025 an the. Again on the 13 December 2025 it says collection of letter charges at R20 each what letter is this coz I never received any letter an then use are charging me again for emails 3 days apart an calls no I am taking use to the ombudsman all this is just charges I am.paying on the reduced payment arrangement. I told use not to call me I will pay I want the last 12 months statement as I am going to take use to the ombudsman know for all this charges
