Complaint regarding incorrect parcel collection notification
On the 30th October I received an sms at 12H00 with an OTP, notifying me that my parcel was ready for collection.however ,when I went to sports scene where I was supposed to collect the parcel ,I was informed that the parcel is not there.This caused a significant inconvenience,as I made an unnecessary trip based on the notification I received.i kindly request that Bash reviews its notification process to ensure messages are only sent once parcels are actually available for collection.This would greatly help customers to avoid similar experiences in the future

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Bash, expecting a smooth process. However, when they arrived, I found they were the wrong size and unfortunately didn’t fit. The invoice noted that the shoes were sold by Sneaker Factory but could be returned at any Foschini store. When I took them to my local Foschini, they refused to accept the return, saying they couldn’t help me.
Now, I’m expected to travel 200km to the nearest Mall of the North for a simple return! This feels unfair for customers who trusted the convenience of ordering through Bash, only to find returning items a massive inconvenience. Sitting with shoes I can’t wear has made this whole experience frustrating and disappointing.
A more transparent return policy or additional support would greatly improve the experience for customers facing similar issues.
