Complaint on item never received

i have orders a pair of earphones and im still waiting on them.The courier company did not get the package as they told me because when the driver came it was the wrong package and u handed it over to him.

I still have not reciveed any feedback from my complaint that has now been closed down upon no resolution whatsoever. This is a real digrace that not even bash can help resolve such a simple task. Does your customer not matter to you? They should consider compensating for all my time waisted trying to get my order.
