Cancel My Click and Collect Order

Last week I contacted support to cancel my click and collect order at G-Star Raw Fourways Mall and I was told to wait for the collection period to end. This period ended on 07/12/2025, it has been two days since and there is no communication from the store regarding cancellation and a refund. I do not wish to collect the items and want a refund and hope this can be done as soon as possible.
