Birkenstock

I have ordered Birkenstocks for my son's birthday on the 1st of Feb. His birthday is on the 8th, he received them fine, but they were to big. The next part was and enourmous nightmare that ended up in 70 + emails and countless calls to RAM, and still to today my son has not received the correct shoes. Dealing with these people is something I would never do again.
