Bash..TFG...@HOME

Ordered on the 15the of October, received one of the 4 items and it was incorrect. Called bash told a lick up for the incorrect item would be scheduled.two days later got an email telling me my order ticket is closed. i still haven't received any of the items I orders or the refund or prospects of the collection of the incorrect item delivered its 3 weeks now and i am ****en frustrated with BASH and WITH @HOME
