BASH/TFG ARE BUNCH OF ****MERS

I placed an order on the 23rd of April and have yet to receive my parcel or a refund. I've been informed that my refund is in process, yet no money has been received. Their system indicates that the order has not moved since. If sourcing the package from a different store is not an option, should I not have been refunded by now instead of having to chase Bash for my hard-earned money? Bash I urgently need this refund as my patience has run out. Maybe ****ming your customers their hard-earned money is your usual practice. I require my money urgently, and I shouldn’t have to chase after you. Lack of communication is unacceptable to me.
