BASH/RAM COURIER DELIVERY SERVICES FAILURE

I purchased from BASH Sportscene on 1st of May for a once-in-a-lifetime event on 09 May 2026. Delivery to Odendalsrus was promised by 07 May 2026 17:00. And to this day I received no proper communication, everytime I try to call the BASH agents simply brush off my case.

FACTS: 1. RAM held my parcel in JHB for 3 full days - 04 May 20:52 to 07 May 20:51. 2. RAM only moved it at 20:51 on 07 May - 3 HOURS AFTER THE DEADLINE. 3. The breach of Consumer Protection Act Section 19(2). 4. I called BASH on 07 May and was promised email updates + escalation. Received nothing. 5. Parcel is now in Bloemfontein but BASH refuses to arrange courier to Odendalsrus for Saturday. I cannot afford 140km travel to collect.

This isn't about money. It's about TFG choosing RAM over M24 to save costs, while I lose an irreplaceable item for my special day. A Monday delivery is not a remedy - it's a permanent reminder of failure.

I demanded private courier at BASH's cost or full refund under CPA Section 20 by 12pm today 08 May. BASH agents are not taking me seriously.
