Bash.com sent wrong goods and very difficult to return

First time using Bash.com online shopping and they send me the wrong goods. Then trying to arrange a return is a nightmare, basically have to go instore to return. 100% not user friendly, thank goodness for takealot and that amazon is in South Africa.
