Bash your customer service is very BAD!!!

Very bad service. Ordered a parcel through Bash from American Swiss, selected pick up at Foschinic Mall@Reds. Received notification 12 January that my parcel is ready for collection. Arrived at Foschini Mall @ Reds, my parcel is missing delivered by Pargo/RAM couriers. E-mailed Bash informing them of my missing parcel. Received a Reference no *** only to receive a message this morning 16 January that my issue was resolved, no one from Bash contacted me or informed me that my order will be refunded. Contacted their online service spoke to Terry. He/She only issued a new reference no *** with an attitude. Still no refund,, parcel still lost and missing in the Foschini Mall @ Reds store. What to do now!!!!
