BASH two shoes different sizes

Bought a pair of sneakers only for two different sizes to arrive. Upon complaining they offered me a lousy 20% voucher and a refund. When I refused the resolution and asked for the bash consultant's surname, he got defensive and started speaking over me and getting all sarcastic.
