BASH TFG BAD SERVICE

Bash has horrible service. I placed an order on 11 Nov 2023, was charged for all the items, on 14 Nov 2023 I received an email stating that one of the items was unavailable and got canceled and I would receive a refund for that item. I contact BASH regarding the refund, they tell me that according to them I was not charged for the item so I will not receive any refund. How did I place the order in the first place if I was not charged for it, according to my records I was charged cause that amount is not in my account, I even send them proof of how much I was charged. Still they refuse to refund me. I ran out of patience because that item was meant to be a gift to someone, I did not ger the item and neither do they want to refund me, I have told them that I will escalate this matter if I do not receive my refund. The moment I decide not to pay my account, then they want to threaten me with handing me over, yet they robbing me in daylight, thinking I'm stupid. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I never had bad experience with them, but this one took the cake, I am so disappointed.
