BASH terrible customer service.

I bought a Mobicel Phone for R800 back in September 2024. The phone stopped working In just 3 months. When I tried to return it I was sent back from all Foschini and Hi Stores and told that the phone can't be fixed. The problem wit is was a software malfunction, they did not even want to take that up with the manufacturer. So I closed my TFG account and discourage anyone from buying electronics from BASH and TFG in general!
