BASH system ineffective...worst experince for the customer!!!!

The BASH system is the worst thing that the Foschini Group could have ever introduced. They advertise items as "available" when you place an order and only to be told several days after making the payment that the item is not longer available. You start the refund process and that takes longer. You check for the "sold out" item on their website and it's still showing as "available". Honestly this is the worst service and system ever. I am dissappointed with this BASH system.
