BASH sold refurbished iPhone 16 as new - Order B***5-01

I ordered iPhone 16 for R16999 Order B***5-01. Phone advertised as NEW but it is freezing constantly and battery does not last. It appears to be refurbished not new. I discovered after 7 days. Bash refuses to help because 7 days passed. This violates CPA Section 55 and 56 which gives 6 months warranty. I want full refund R16999 or brand new sealed replacement. I have video proof. Please help, Bash not responding on app.
