BASH SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Ordered a few items on sale via bash from foschini. One item that I loved was too big and no store close by had a smaller size except online. I send an email requesting whether they could assist me with an exchange as I really loved the coat. At first very eager to help, then overnight I got accused of already returning the item and when I send proof that I did not they suddenly were unable to exchange the item for me due to some lame excuse about promotional offerings. This is not the first time I have bad customer service with Bash. Stores should not associate themselves with BASH as sooner than later online purchases will deteriorate due to lack of service. Very disgusted with the unwillingness to assist and the don't care attitude after falsely accusing me of dishonesty.
