Bash service is bad,

I'm still waiting for my refunds.

I bought shoes on the 8th April 2024, the size was small, I logged a return, they took them back. They said they will refund me. To date I'm still waiting for the refund.

I made a new order on the 15th, the order was incomplete with wrongs shoes as well, they came to collect the wrong order, the reaming shoes were not delivered but promised they will refund them, I'm still waiting for the refund to date.

Their service is bad. I've been sending them emails over and over again, its not helping.
