BASH - RETURNS SERVICE IS POOR. BEWARE!

BE AWARE - IF YOU WISH TO RETURN ANYTHING YOU PURCHASE FROM BASH I ordered two cosmetic items, when I received them they were the wrong colour. I contacted Bash to arrange return. First of all you communicate with a robot, I was then transferred to a consultant. I was given a number and told I would hear from them in 48 hours. Shocking. Takealot., Amazon, et al have an immediate returns service. I won't use Bash again.
