Bash refund mess up

Ive had the most frustrating experience from bash. It's almost ruined my mothers day! I was given money to buy a sports watch for my mothersday. I bought online at total sports through bash, I have an online profile and paid R6500 with my bank card however a portion R1400 came off my foschini account. On receiving my order I needed to do a refund so that I could buy a watch with my vitality discount. I was told to go to the total sport store near me. The guy took my vitality code and proceeded with the refund and new purchase only to tell me it would take a day to reflect back into my bank account. I paid cash for the new purchase and waited for my refund. The next day I saw that R6000 has been refunded to my tfg account and not back into my bank card. Not only that but the total amount was R7999..R6500 was cash so the "REFUND" was R2000 short. Up to now I keep getting told to email a few different bash and tfg accounts by the customer support to ask tgem to refund the money back into my bank card...ive had no response and the more I try and resolve the issue the less help I'm getting...effectively ive lost R2000 from this purchase and I am R6500 lighter in my bank account with no resolution in sight at this point!
