Bash refund

Hello Peter On the 26/08/2024 I bought an item online from Bash and payment was successful and received an Email from them confirming so, and after that I received another email advising that the item is out of stock. I asked them to refund me and they advised that the refund will be paid in 3-7 working days and when I asked them again they responded and said refund will be paid in my account in 3-10 days. Yesterday was day 10 and still hasn't received any funds from them. I would like you to assist me get my refund back. I will never buy from them again Never!!! Your assistance will be highly appreciated
