Bash Poor service

**** **** these one they don't deserve even a star, I place an order on the 27th of September and if I check online it's shows my order was canceled and I did not cancel anything if I query about this I'm told my refund has been processed however I was not even advised of the cancelation what bull is that I wouldn't recommend nor use them ever again. Bad service bad bad bad not even a proper communication worse I bought it to gift someone now I have to start from the beginning mxm poor service delivery
