BASH Poor Delivery/Driver Service

The BASH driver (Vuyani Tukuza) is rude and unprofessional. He called at around 7am and i missed the call due to dropping off my kids at school. Bash Head office calls me back at 7:18am to let me know he will call me back but doesn't. I then called him back, but he said he has past my place and can't come back. I make means to drive to where he is because he was still very close according to his tracker however he was rude and uncooperative not sharing exact strict names or confirming where we can meet. Upon arrival he tells me he had already left and is in completely different location. when i asked for the location, he was very rude and refused to give me the location.

When i try to call head office (the number that had called me) their number doesn't go through because it is outside office hours. My question is why then they arrange delivery to be outside office hours and we can't get hold of them while they are able to call us! If one is going to call and conduct business outside office hours, the least they can do is to have proper arrangements, good communication and good customer service, not the poor service as if they are doing one a favor!
