Bash poor customer service

Bought an item on Bash online on the 8th of October 2026 the expected delivery date was the 14th on that very same day I received an e-mail that my delivery is dalayed minutes after I received another e-mail stating the delivery has failed when I track my order via *** it stated my parcel was heading to witbank emalahleni a completely different address I inserted when processing the purchase, when I called their customer service they say I cancelled the order clearly they failed to do their job they got the addresses mixed up and made a cover up that I cancelled the order of which I did not, now I have to wait 7 days for a refund, very poor customer service they offer and soo unprofessional I wouldn't recommend any one to use their service furthermore I am going to cancel the account I have with TFG.
