Bash order delivered at an incorrect address

Order B ***-01 I placed the order on 26/10/2023.Today 3/11/2023 I tracked my order and noted that it was delivered,but not to me.When I called the helpline,I was told my issue would be attended to in 24hours?So my bed has been delivered to the wrong address????I want to cancel
