Bash online repeatedly sending dirty/worn items

Second bad experience with bashdotcom. I purchased a Aubergine Bias Cut Elasticated Maxi Skirt S K U 6 0 4 3 9 8 5 9 on Sept 2 6 and when I opened the package sent from the Kolonnade store I think, the skirt was dirty full of dust which looked as if it were stored on a very dirty dusty shelf or something. I had to return the skirt as it did not fit but was upset at the condition of the item as I pay for all my Foschini items in cash. Hoped this was a one time mishap. Then again Oct 2 5, I ordered a Contrast Frill Detail Slip Dress S K U 6 0 6 3 9 0 0 1 sent from the Pavilion store but this time as I opened the package, it wreaked of a very strong perfume as if it had been worn and returned. Both items still had the price tags attached. I wondered if perhaps the perfume was from someone trying on the dress but the strong odor of the perfume seemed to be set into the fabric as if the perfume was sprayed on after wearing the dress. Again, I have to return the dress as it's too big but now I'm so put off even though I really really want this dress, that I'm skeptical about spending any money at T F G as they clearly have no regard for sending items in such a g h a s t l y condition. Pity online shopping at Bash is such a flop as I haven't ever received any online purchases in bad condition ever before and that too, repeatedly. Foschini needs to do better and packing staff need to be aware of the condition in which they sent garments to customers.
