Bash Online packaging used cloths without customers consent

I bought a jacket blazer from Bash Luella brand from Foschini, i received blazer from Ram courier and the package was still sealed and closed. my jacket showed signs being used item and not brand new blazer as i would expect from Luella brand. jacket is dirty and seems like it was returned, cloths like that must be on sale on store and not for online shopping, it must be my choice for picking old and dirty cloths at store and not someone picking them for me without mu consent. the part that is concerning for me is that BASH SUPPORT team keeps on telling me that i must put address for pick up and log return, however all i wanted was that i need to know why would they pack dirty and old cloths for online shopping.
