Bash Online Delivery

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Bash Online Delivery. The order was placed on the 26th of August 2025 and the parcel was supposed to be delivered today [29 August 2025].

Not only has the parcel failed to reach its destination, but the experience was further marred by the conduct of your assigned driver. The driver called me when he was nearby and told me that the road was closed. I then tried to give him another direction, but the driver refused to listen to me. Instead, he said Why can't I go and collect it at a nearby mall, he was so rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during the interactions. His attitude was unacceptable. What annoys me most is that he passed by my place twice to go and deliver at nearby locations, and why did he press that he had arrived, when he did not? Now I must wait for another week for them to deliver my stuff, how unprofessional!!

This lack of accountability, combined with the driver’s behavior, reflects poorly on your company’s standards and commitment to customer I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Bash Online and their courier.
