Bash Online and RAM Couriers

Bash Online has the worst customer service ever. I placed an order on 26th April. To date Ram Couriers and Bash do not know what is going on with my parcel and where it is. I am continuously contacting, emailing etc and no one can give me positive feedback. All they say is we are "escalating" and "emailing" management. They have poor communication skills and lack customer service. They are quick to deduct the money from our accounts yet they cannot deliver products on time. Its been 3 weeks and if i did not query my order after 5 days of not delivering then no one would have known anything about it.
