Bash online

I ordered two items on Bash online and received my order. However i needed a size smaller, i called them last week Thursday, 08th August 2024 to request for parcel to be picked up. Never received a call from the courier company but on their tracking link they saying client could not be reachable. Monday, Tuesday called them still the parcel hasn't been picked up. They continue to update the tracking link that no parcel to be collected. Im so disappointed by the service I've received.
